SCR power controllers are essentially maintenance-free. Recommended periodic checks (e.g., annually):

• Tightness of all power terminal connections (re-torque if necessary).
• Cleanliness of heatsinks and fan filters – remove dust buildup.
• Functional test of the cooling fan and alarm contacts.
• Visual inspection of the snubber network and fuses.

No routine replacement of internal components is needed under normal operating conditions.
